A regular cleaning plan is a fixed, recurring visit on the same day and time each week, fortnight or month. You get the same cleaner wherever possible, an agreed checklist, and the option of a key holding service so you do not need to be home. It is the simplest way to keep a property consistently on top of itself.
One-off cleans fix a problem. A regular plan stops the problem coming back. Because we are in the same property on a rhythm, we can rotate the heavier jobs across visits so nothing quietly gets neglected for six months.
Plans are not contracts that trap you. If you need to pause for a holiday or move a visit, tell us and we will work around it.
