Which areas do you cover?

Are your cleaners DBS checked and insured?
Yes. Every member of our team holds a current DBS check before they set foot in a customer property, and we carry full insurance covering both domestic and commercial work. If you would like to see the paperwork before your first clean, just ask and we will send it over.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?
On a weekly or fortnightly plan we assign the same cleaner wherever possible, so they learn your home and your preferences. If your regular cleaner is ever off sick or on holiday we will tell you in advance and send someone who has been briefed on your checklist.

Can you hold a key so I do not need to be home?
Yes, we offer a key holding service on regular cleaning plans. Plenty of our customers are at work while we clean. Keys are stored securely and never labelled with your address. If you would rather be home, that is completely fine too.

How quickly will I get a quote?
We aim to get back to every enquiry within 24 hours. Send us your postcode, roughly how big the property is and what sort of clean you are after, and we will come back with a price. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book.

What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
A full top to bottom clean of the property including inside and behind appliances, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms, skirting boards and window sills. It is built around what letting agents actually check at a final inspection, so you have the best chance of getting your deposit back in full.

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains a home that is already in good order: surfaces, floors, bathrooms and kitchen. A deep clean resets a property, so we work through the detail that routine cleaning skips such as behind appliances, inside cupboards, limescale and skirting boards. Most people book a deep clean first, then go regular.

How much does a cleaner cost?
Every home and schedule is different, so we quote per property rather than working from a fixed rate card. We agree both the time required and the price with you in advance, before any work starts, so everyone's expectations are in line. Quotes are free and come back within 24 hours.

Why does the first clean cost more than the regular ones?
The first visit is an initial clean rather than a maintenance one. It takes more time, goes into more detail and resets the whole property to a proper baseline. Once that is done, regular cleans are carried out within set time frames at the agreed ongoing rate, which is lower.

Do you clean offices and commercial premises?
Yes. We clean offices, retail units and communal areas across the same area we cover for domestic work. Commercial cleans are usually scheduled early morning or evening so we are not in the way of your staff or customers, and we are fully insured for business premises.
